2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on 16ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 16ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
2.5 KYC Verification. 16ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals or activating bonus funds. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 16ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 16ph will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 16ph of unauthorized access promptly upon becoming aware of it.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify 16ph immediately through the live chat support channel. 16ph will take reasonable steps to investigate; however, 16ph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your 16ph account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use any other person's account. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate or using the platform to provide gaming services to third parties, is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. 4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. 4.5 Player Funds. Player funds held in 16ph accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from operational funds. 16ph does not use player funds for operational expenditure.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. 5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be removed from your account without notice or compensation.
6.1 RNG Certification. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on the 16ph platform — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual games — use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by 16ph due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed due to regulatory requirements or at the player's own request, any verified real money balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.
